Business Administration covers a wide range of jobs & you will learn about different aspects of this. This course covers:
  • Working in Business Administration
  • Professional behaviour in an office environment
  • Creating business documents
  • Handling mail
  • Developing self
  • Individual rights & responsibilities in the workplace
  • Understanding Equality & Diversity
  • Health & Safety at Work
We will also be looking at tailoring your CV to apply for Admin jobs, completing application forms to meet the person specification & Interview Skills.

Any attendees MUST have a good level of Literacy & IT skills due to the nature of the course.
